Welcome to Feature Finda ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Feature Finda platform, including any websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Feature Finda offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, we will automatically renew your subscription and charge the subscription fee to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.
We may offer a free trial of our paid subscription plans. At the end of the free trial period, we will automatically begin charging your payment method for the subscription unless you cancel before the end of the trial.
The Service allows you to create, upload, and share content, including but not limited to text, images, and data ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content; (ii) your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party; and (iii) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Feature Finda, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feature Finda, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
